We offer three turnkey sponsorship options:
Full Season Sponsorship

As a Full Season partner, we have a range of options for your brand exposure, including an in-person table at the event and print, web, email, and social communications. As a presenting sponsor, you will receive numerous opportunities to work in an aligned cooperative brand/vision partnership over twelve months. We also offer six-month and one-month options for organizations to be our committed sponsors to keep our events free and help grow the diverse, multicultural, and authentic experience we all love.

‘SPOKE’ Level Sponsorship: One Month
Includes table at event, weekly print, web, email, social, logo inclusion, Brand and Vision Alignment, content creation for four events, 3-5 weekly communications, 18K Social Media, 12K email, and 4K in-person.
‘TIRE’ Level Sponsorship: Six-month season long
Includes table at the event, weekly print, web, email, social, logo inclusion, Brand and Vision Alignment, and content creation for 30-40 events, 3-5 communications weekly, 18K Social Media, 12K email, and 20K in person.
‘HUB’ Level Sponsorship: Twelve Month Year Long
“Presented by” designation and logo elevated/distinguished inclusion and storytelling of aligned cooperative.

Monday Night Ride Sponsorship

As a Ride Titling partner, we build a free and inclusive Monday Night Community Ride around your business's mission, vision, and goals. We believe in an organic, grassroots approach to creating connections within our community, and our strategy for developing mutually beneficial sponsor and partner relationships reflects this same ideology.

Pedal Party Sponsorship

Slow Roll Buffalo Pedal Parties were created to support our goal of expanding our free and inclusive community rides to regions throughout New York State. Additionally, we often raise awareness of causes or highlight accomplishments associated with our partners. To date, we have organized more than 50 Pedal Parties, including those sponsored by municipalities such as Niagara Falls, Lackawanna, East Aurora, Amherst, Dunkirk, Eden, Lockport, Grand Island, and Tonawanda, and organizations such as Buffalo Marathon, Variety Club, African Heritage Food Co-op, and the University at Buffalo - just to name a few.

We collaborate with Pedal Party sponsors to create unique routes, stops, and ride experiences that further our shared goals and missions
We meet at a specified location and ride a 10-15 mile round trip route with 2-3 stops
Return to the start location for an afterparty with food, drinks, and fellowship
Your event will be promoted through the Slow Roll Buffalo social media and newsletter

Individual Donations

We offer two turnkey sponsorship options:
Wooden Nickel Economy
After parties for our weekly Monday Night Community Rides, support our fundraising efforts using our wooden nickel currency. Wooden nickels are purchased for $5 each and redeemable for food and beverages from our vendors, who then donate a portion of their proceeds to Slow Roll Buffalo.
Cash Donations
Individuals may also make cash donations in any amount using our online portal. Wheel B Herd d/b/a Slow Roll Buffalo is a New York State registered 501c3 and IRS charitable organization run by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. All donations are tax-deductible.
